APR’s CEO is Matthew McPhee who has over 15 years of Professional Risks experience having worked for International Insurance Brokers and Underwriters in Australia and London. Matthew has developed a reputation for assisting insurance brokers and their clients receive excellent service and professional advice in his chosen specialty of professional risks insurance. Matthew has a Commerce Degree, is a Fellow of the Australian Insurance Institute, A Member of the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) and a Certified Insurance Professional.

Melinda Farlow joined APR as an Account Executive in March 2006 after five years with AIG in their Financial Lines Division in Brisbane. Melinda has thirteen years experience in the specialist areas of Professional Indemnity and Directors and Officers Liability Insurance and has held underwriting and broking roles in both Sydney and Brisbane. Melinda holds an Economics degree, has completed Affiliate studies with the Australian Insurance Institute and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Melinda is also a current committee member of the Queensland chapter of the Australian Professional Indemnity Group Inc.
