How to Obtain a Quotation

In order to supply you with a quotation for Professional Indemnity Insurance (PI) or Directors & Officers Liability (D&O) you’ll need to complete a proposal form and supply us details of your business. Please go to the Obtain proposal form page and select the profession that is closest to your profession. If you need a quotation for Directors & Officers Liability we will need the company’s latest financial statement as well as a completed proposal form. Where possible please include a company profile detailing the company’s professional activities with the completed proposal form. Once we have received the completed proposal form and supporting documents we will normally supply a quotations within 48 hours. We will detail the premium, terms and conditions of the quotation in writing for your approval. In order to accept the quotation we require your written instructions prior to incepting insurance coverage.
